The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. Transportation was convenient with a trolley/bus that took me into town for a low cost. The location was perfect, close to the shops and near all the attractions on the Big Island. Additionally, the hotel was situated close to the ocean, allowing for beautiful views.

Perfect location, south of downtown Kona and 2 miles north from Magic Sand Beach and Banyans surf break. Clean and comfortable condo with everything needed, from a full kitchen to beach chairs. Nice pools and the chance to see whales and dolphins in front of the condo.

Some minor issues with furniture and appliances needing updates. Need to request a room closer to the ocean and pools, as it can take a while to walk there.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly staff at Royal Sea Cliff. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. The room we were assigned exceeded our expectations, with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the room were top-notch, making us feel right at home.

One particular incident stood out to us during our stay. Late one night, we discovered a minor issue with the air conditioning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed and all the amenities I needed.
